General Pricing Setup
Our rates for assisted living are set up on a monthly basis, reflecting the level of care your loved one requires. We categorize care into four levels, primarily differentiated by the physical assistance needed, such as whether an individual can walk unaided, requires a wheelchair, or needs lift equipment to stand. Please note that we are unable to work with Medicaid until after three years of private pay; however, we do collaborate with long-term care insurance.
We provide all-inclusive pricing that covers a wide range of support, including activities of daily living.
At larger facilities, you may find an initial low base price advertised. It's essential to make a list of everything your loved one needs, especially when considering dementia care. I recommend requesting a point system or itemized price list, as you might discover additional charges for items like gloves, eye drops, or shower assistance. Here, we prioritize transparency with our all-inclusive rates, ensuring you have everything covered without unexpected costs.

What's included in your all-inclusive pricing?
1) Personal assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, showering, lotion application, hygiene care, transferring, and toileting care. We ensure a 3:6 staff to resident ratio for the waking up and bedtime routine, 2:6 during the day, and 1 caregiver during the night for personalized support.
2) We provide essential hygiene supplies, including toothpaste, toothbrush, generic body lotion, shampoo, and deodorant, as part of our all-inclusive pricing.
3) Supervision of client needs is prioritized to maintain safety and comfort in our assisted living environment.
4) Room and board come with amenities, including basic cable in each room, enhancing your stay.
5) A call button system is available for immediate assistance.
6) We offer meals and snacks tailored to special diets such as blended food, thickened liquids, and diabetic diets.
7) Laundry and linen cleaning services are included, with bed linen and towels provided to ensure convenience.
8) Medication assistance and administration involve ordering and managing medication stock while monitoring health through our Wellness and Fitness Program in our dementia care settings.
9) Companionship and exercise—both active and passive—are encouraged daily, along with engaging activities based on individual ability and desire.
10) We provide incontinence supplies such as pull-ups, depends, wipes, pads, and gloves to maintain comfort and dignity.
11) Medical equipment is available as needed, including walkers, hospital beds, air mattresses, wheelchairs, and hoyer lift or sit-to-stand lift equipment.
12) An on-site experienced Registered Nurse ensures that all resident health needs are met promptly, addressing any Senior Care FAQs you may have.
Additional Services Covered by Insurance
1) A home visiting podiatrist, specializing in senior care, comes every 2 months to assist with activities of daily living.
2) A home visiting geriatric doctor provides care every 6 weeks, ensuring comprehensive support that includes dementia care options as part of our all-inclusive pricing for assisted living.
Additional Services for an Extra Price
1) A home visiting dentist is available for senior care, providing services not covered by insurance; however, she will provide you with a superbill for your records, which can assist in managing expenses related to activities of daily living.
2) For those in need of personal grooming services, a home visiting hair stylist comes once a week or as requested, offering all-inclusive pricing for regular visits, which perfectly complements assisted living arrangements.
3) A home visiting manicurist also offers weekly services or as requested, ensuring your loved ones receive essential self-care, particularly beneficial in dementia care scenarios.
